Collection of personal data on this website

This website provides information on our products and general information on professional audio topics. As of now, online shopping is not possible on this website. We are not using cookies or external services like Google-Analytics and are not connected or interacting with social networks like Facebook or Twitter.

This website includes contact forms and contact information like email addresses, phone and fax numbers, and our postal address. Contact forms are using SSL encryption. Data that you send using a form are send directly to us and not stored on a web server. Links to this Privacy Policy are placed on all forms. Our local servers are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access.

Server log files

Since the expected useful lifespan of many of our products is to up 30 years, we do not delete data after a certain period of time. The data of your orders, order processing, and your inventory of gear from us is necessary for repair and maintenance and to provide after sales support and service. Data will be deleted if you withdraw your acceptance if there are no legal obligations like the legal retention period for invoices, business correspondence, and such, that force us to retain the data.

Exchange of data

We do not sell any kind of data to others. Personal data will be disclosed to others if this is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, like, forwarding your name and your address to a parcel service, a forwarder, or an insurance company for covering the transport. In addition, it is indispensable to forward personal data to our own staff or our contractors if you require service at your place.
