The U797 and U798 are dynamic section with extensive possibilities for the complex dynamic treatment of mono and stereo signals respectively. Units of this type are used in the mixer series MAGNUM-V3 and MR5. An orderly and ergonomic layout of the controls allows fast and efficient operation. The U797 Dynamic Section is the mono version, and the U798 is the stereo version.
The Dynamic Section has balanced and floating inputs and outputs. All inputs and outputs can process levels up to +30dBu in the frequency range. The look-ahead rule circuit of the device is VCA controlled for fast, linear operation. A symmetric circuit is used for the entire audio chain and the internal Headroom from input to output is +30dBu.

Both versions of this Dynamic Section have the same technical specifications. The expander has an electric rectifier on each channel, and the channel with the higher level provides control of the expander
The U773 and U774 Dynamic Section Modules are standard V700 modules and fit into standard mounting frames.
